tyler's artblog.

my name is tyler crosfield, i am sixteen and i study at hereford college of art, extended diploma art and design.

this is a blog of all the work i am currently doing at hereford college of arts, these are the projects i am doing and some work i do at home.
i will try to update this often, although i will probably update it weekly.
this is all my own work.

  • this was a project we had to complete in a single day, the theme was shapes and cmyk (cyan,magenta,yellow,black).

    so i decided to use some of my photography in this and put the main sight of my photograph into a circle. this was all done on photoshop. when i had put the photo into a circle, i changed the image to black and white. when i finished that design i then changed the colour to cyan, and so on for each colour. I then decided to put something underneath, without any ideas and desperate to do some thing to this image to make it look a little bit more full, i wrote ‘to tree, or not to tree’.

    this literally makes no sense to me but i decided it because it had relevance in the image as there was a tree.

    i like these images because i think theyre actually pretty simple but quite effective.
